Private desk

10 Private desks with storage just waiting for you to fill them with hard work and sweatiness. They all come with fancy stuff such as electricity & chairs and will even hold pictures of your loved ones – technology, ain’t it grand!

Phone

A state of the art landline – we still have it. Theoretically, we could even install a fax machine! Is your business one of the multinational kind that needs a good old fashioned traditional phone number? Ask, and you shall have it. But let’s be honest: most of our co-workers are rather trendy wireless people.

Meeting room

A meeting room with flipchart and brainstorm wall to snuggle together, look important behind glass and make those paradigm breaking decisions. Ham sandwich or ceasar salade?

Theatre

To be or not to be – there’s no question about this one. We have a fully equipped conference theatre to welcome up to 60 guests for all your keynotes, grand news items or artistic shenanigans. We do feel the need to use the word shenanigans at least once a week, beware.

Pool table

Because all work and no play make Jack a dull boy. Well Jack, rack ‘em up at the pool table for a well deserved break! Several puns intended. Don’t like pool? No prob, enjoy a game of darts in the 9,81 Cafe. Don’t like darts either? Then you probably are the sensitive artistic type. Especially for you we have a Bösendorfer grand piano.

Wifi

We have wifi that will connect you immediatly to the internet as they know it in America. It will be lean, it will be mean and it will provide you with all you need to throw yourself on whatever market it is you need yourself thrown on in a platonic digital way.

The 9,81 Cafe

A cosy bar free to use for all co-workers, that’s the 9,81 cafe. It’s right next to the theatre and is perfectly suited for self reflection, talking, and maybe having a drink or two. 9,81 – if you were wondering – is the exact speed in meters per second your body will have when it hits the floor after falling of your barstool, blown away by yet another marvellous idea of one of your fellow co-workers. Sometimes these things just seem to happen.

Caring

25% of your rent will go directly to Adnan, Sarah, Amena and many other children and parents in need of help. Both abroad and in in Belgium. Thank you.

¿Qué es eso?

¿Co-working space, qué es eso? Well it’s pretty darn simple: you are self-employed, work as a freelancer or have your own business. What you need however is a creative work space and/or co-workers that provide you with a shoulder to lean on when the going gets tough. Who will be the pong to your ping in times of brainstorm sessions, someone to say hello and goodbye to when you enter or leave.

That’s why all the gods from all major and some minor religions invented co-working spaces. For a monthly fee, you have your own private desk to run your growing empire from. Moreover, you will be able to talk to real life people who are doing exactly the same.

The extra benefit being that these people can offer a great outsider view on your business if needed. The business insights of the Vlerick MBA business aficionado who runs Cowhill Studio are included in the package.

Cowhill Studio adds caring to sharing by donating 25% of all its revenue to those in need. For the time being, the supported cause will be the organisations who are helping refugees and a local initiative called Moeders voor Moeders.

Pricing

A personal desk in our co-working space is yours for € 295/month. It includes all of the above and a € 75 donation to Vluchtelingenwerk Vlaanderen or Moeders voor Moeders. We’ll throw in a coffee machine and free cooled Sipwell water as well.

Wanna Talk?

You’ll get to see your new fortress from where world domination will start. You’ll also get to meet the co-workers already present. With or without a co-working space rental agreement, we’ll make sure that you’ll have a jolly good time.

As we are link builders, we can put your name, logo or a picture of your pet that has a web link attached to it on our website if you want.
